Although I don’t look it, I’m fundamentally a strong person, who can handle a load of difficulties and problems. I’m glad to have the romantic soul of a child. My working world is full of figures, which I try to manage systematically and thoroughly. Thoroughness is my middle name. I think about others more than myself and those who work with me can be sure that I won’t leave them in the lurch, and that they can always rely on me. I’m incapable of leaving work unfinished, which occasionally troubles my family.

But this is what I need from my life most of all: I enjoy experiencing the mountains together, the blooming meadows, and all our walks and bicycle trips. And without mobile phone reception. I can never resist Belgian pralines and sitting with a coffee in my beautiful wild garden with old trees. From this undoubtedly comes my fondness for yoga and herbs of all types- I collect and dry them, then in winter make wonderful tea. A complete change from the world of figures…
