As support to the assemblers, I am responsible for ensuring that the operations in the concerned country run smoothly, so that the assemblers do not have to deal with regulations and laws and their right to enter the country and can instead focus on the work itself. This not only requires knowing how to get around on the Internet, where to download the necessary documents and how to fill them out, including in foreign languages, but also keeping abreast of the latest information and legislation in force. Figuratively speaking, I am the workers’ extended hand, helping them address problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

In a way what I learn at work I apply at home, as I form a great team with my husband who organises the day-to-day in our household, driving kids to exercises, matches and tournaments, and taking care of our four-legged companion. Together, we try to get obstacles out of the way for our teenage children to allow them to perform at 100%, both in sports and at school.

I like to converse, and interacting with people is exactly my day job. I always look for the best solution and I never hesitate to lend a helping hand whenever the opportunity presents itself. I know how to discuss things and accept the advice and opinions of others, but if I am firmly convinced about something, I will unwaveringly pursue my goal.
