I talk quickly, so sometimes I have to repeat myself. I write quickly, so sometimes a few letters are missing. I move quickly, so I often drop things. But I’ve developed the reflexes of a cobra, which often saves me. Thanks to my speed I manage to do three times the work in half the time of a normal mortal. I’m a force of nature so I always organise, agree and resolve everything, and above all I achieve my goals.
Maybe that’s why in my professional life I dedicate myself to things which are permanent and long-lasting. I gather contacts and information about firms, and use this to create catalogues which are the one physical thing that remains after a trade fair.
Sometimes my children complain that I take on too much, and they’re right. My husband sometimes remarks that we’re reading from different hymn sheets, and he’s right. And my boss says that I’m a force of nature, and he’s also right. Those who say that I bake sweet buns,, that in the garden I grow plants everywhere and pickle everything which grows around about, are also right.
