My task is to turn the architectural design of an exhibition or installation into a functional technical solution while remaining true to the original vision of the author. Although I have a degree in mechanical engineering, I have always been tempted to find an application of my technical training in a field close to design or art. This is something I accomplished in an environment full of architects and designers. What I also find interesting about working at Exponex is the diverse spectrum of clients and the variety of projects that come with it. Besides, what are we going to do, projects like the sets for an American sci-fi series, art installations or backstage for sports events are good for flaunting in the pub…
After work, you’ll probably find me making loud noise with a guitar, whether at home, in the rehearsal room, or at a gig. When I’m not making music, I’m probably listening to it, ideally with an unusual beer in my pint and a Czech classical dish on my plate.
